Samsung CLEO for Bell Canada in November. Samsung CLEO will be available this November on Bell Mobility in Canada. The mobile phone features a full QWERTY keyboard, 1.3 megapixel camera and a color LCD screen. Bell Samsung CLEO will come in pink, champagne and blue.
