HTC Legend Android phone is the successor to HTC Hero wrapped in aluminum

After being spotted many times, HTC Legend is finally official at MWC as the successor to HTC Hero, wrapped in aluminum.

The mobile phone comes with a 3.2-inch HVGA 320x480 pixel capacitive touch screen with pinch-to-zoom capability, optical trackpad, 600Mhz processor, Android 2.1 OS (Eclair) with HTC’s new Sense UI, 5MP camera, quadband GSM/EDGE, dualband (900 MHz, 2100 MHz) 7.2 Mbps HSPA, WiFi, GPS, and 1300 mAh battery. It measures 112x56.3x11.5 mm, and weighs 126 grams.

HTC Legend will be launched in Q2 2010 in Asia and Europe. No word on price.
