Motorola Droid X Accessories - Multimedia Station, Car Mount

Motorola has unveiled two official accessories for the Droid X - Multimedia Station and Car Mount.

1. Multimedia Station for Droid X by Motorola with HDMI technology
This accessory lets you watch your favorite HD videos and pictures captured and stored in your Motorola DROID X on any HDTV when using a compatible standard HDMI cable. Or, in desktop-only mode, listen to your music or use as a digital picture frame while charging your phone.

2. Car Mount for Droid X by Motorola
Designed for your Motorola Droid X, this car cradle and mount triggers a dashboard app to access your music, internet radio or Google Maps Navigation while keeping your cell phone charged. The 3.5mmcable connects with your car's auxiliary port to play your tunes on your car stereo.

As you may already know in previous reports, Motorola DROID X gives customers a 4.3-inch high-resolution screen, a dual-flash 8-megapixel camera, HD camcorder, as well as DLNA and HDMI connectivity to download, stream and share personal HD content. DROID X customers will also receive Android 2.2 and Adobe Flash Player 10.1 with an over-the-air update in the latter half of the summer.
