Samsung Wave S8500 available in Canada

The bada OS powered Samsung Wave (S8500) isnow available in Canada via Bell Mobility and Rogers. The Samsung Wave is the first Canadian smartphone to feature Samsung's Super AMOLED screen technology - providing users with improved outdoor visibility, reduced power consumption and unrivalled picture clarity.

Samsung Wave comes with bada OS with TouchWiz 3.0 UI, 3.3-inch (800×480) WVGA display, 5MP camera with LED flash, 720p video recorder, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi, 2GB on-board memory, microSD up to 32GB. Samsung Wave is the first handset in the world that incorporates the Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi 802.11n standards.
