Motorola SPICE XT Android smartphone for CLARO in Peru. Motorola Mobility and CLARO in Peru have announced the launch of the Motorola SPICE XT Android 2.3 Gingerbread-powered smartphone. With a bright 3.5-inch touchscreen display with capacitive multi-touch and dual camera for photos, this new smartphone allows capturing and sharing the best moments with exceptional clarity using its 5MP camera with autofocus and flash, and VGA front camera for video call and chat.
Motorola SPICE XT also comes with unique customization options via the Moto Switch interface that lets you toggle Switch between "Business", "Personal" and "Entertainment" modes, according to what you are doing. Thanks to its Swype touch-keyboard, writing text messages and emails is much easier and faster.
Motorola SPICE XT features 800MHz CPU, 512MB onboard memory, 3.5G connectivity, Wi-Fi (b/g/n), MicroSD card expandable up to 32GB, GPS and a-GPS service, FM Radio with RDS support, e-compass, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, a 3.5mm Audio Jack and 1500 mAh battery. It has widget management in main screen to display easily the communication with your contacts. According to the press release, CLARO offers the new Motorola SPICE XT to the Peruvian market in i129 Smart postpaid plan starting this week from S /. 149 with device purchase agreement for 18 months. In other plans the price varies according to the plan and months of the device contract agreement signed by the customer (6, 12 or 18 months). It can be purchased from CLARO´s Customer Service Centers and Authorized Dealers nationwide. Price of unlocked equipment: S/.1490.
