MWg UBiQUiO 501, UBiQUiO 503g (WinMo 6.0 Smartphones)

MWg UBiQUiO 501, UBiQUiO 503g (WinMo 6.0 Smartphones). Two QWERTY-enabled smartphones has been added to MWg's portfolio. MWg was coming off parent company O2 Asia's demise. The cellphones come with Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional OS.

MWg has taken to simply re-branding handsets rather than coming up with their own. The lower-end offering from MWg will be based on the UBiQUiO 501 - and will be should be known as the MWg UBiQUiO 501. The UBiQUiO 501 sports a tri-band (900/1800/1900Mhz) GSM radio, WinMo 6.0 Pro, 200Mhz OMAP750 CPU, 2 megapixel camera, and WiFi radio. Unfortunately, there's no 3G in store for this handset.

MWg will be also offering a re-branded take on the UBiQUiO 503G - the MWg UBiQUiO 503G. With quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900Mhz), tri-band (850/1900/2100Mhz) HSDPA, Intel Xscale 530Mhz CPU, 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth and WiFi, the MWg version of the UBiQUiO 503G should be just as impressive as the original. The 503G also comes with 3.6Mbps HSDPA.
