Sony Ericsson Emelie Leaked. According to Unofficial Sony Ericsson Blog, Sony Ericsson Emelie is one of the future handsets that the Swedish-Japanese producer will soon bring to the market. Sony Ericsson "Emelie" is apparently a mid-range clamshell with an A200-based OS. The navigation pad is unique, with separate directional keys and a orange-lit center joystick - definitely an interesting design.

Sony Ericsson Emelie phone has a nice metallic look, 18 silvery keys, a D-pad control, some shortcut keys and a QVGA display (240 x 320 pixels) with support for 262k colors. Also, the handset packs a 2 Megapixel camera that lacks auto focus, hence it will not be able to provide high-quality pictures (still, it is a good camera to take occasional snapshots).

Sony Ericsson Emelie is expected to hit a 150-200 Euro price point (about $231-$308 USD). CTIA looks to be the place to look for more on the Sony Ericsson Emelie.
