Where to get it?
Are you sure it runs Windows mobile? I've seen some pictures on http ://www.dealextreme.com, which sells the Awang 9000 for $189 and the Windows logo seems definitely fake, since the apps don't look very windows-like.
If you can confirm it runs Windows Mobile, I'm buying one right now
UPDATE: It looks like WinMo but it isn't. it's a rip-off of Windows Mobile.
Question, do you think it might run windows mobile?
No i meant can i instal windows mobile on it?

Hi there!
I have one of this and I have lost the CD with the communication program. Does anybody know where I can find it to download?
Regards
I have used the Awang A9000 for a few months and for the price it isn't half bad, the finish is not the best but what do you expect for the price. It works in Australia and the U.K. and the wow factor is high.
I'm glad I got the real tytn not the fake clone, lol
Hi,
I also have the real HTC TyTN II and have it for private use.
Now, I also have a phone from my work and don’t like to carry both.
I consider to buy the Awang A9000 to install both simm cards.
On my HTC TyTN II I have installed the TomTom route planner.
Is it possible to install it also on the Awang A9000??
I hope that somebody can answer my question.
Thanks,
R.Hendriks
I just actually ordered the awang a9000 and its a greattttt phone!! except that the stupid seller charged me twice and now im stuck with two phones!!! Let me know if you still need to buy one!! email is arbsweetee07@yahoo.com
My question is can i get from somewhere software for A9000?
oh & I want to use 3G... but i can't see anywhere such options
I have this phone. It's a good phone style wise. you should get it if you want a cheap phone which has touchscreen and QWERTY keyboard. It runs NES games too. Lot's of NES games are available on the net to download. So great entertainment. Speakers are good. but headphone sucks.
QWERTY keyboard keys quite hard to press. It supports runs JAVA is a lie. It doesn't even recognize .jar or .jad files. (or if someone knows how to install java in it, Please tell me.) Camera Doesn't have good quality. Video recording is not smooth. if you are using it in horizontal mode and running some application or game and close the keyboard. It will close whatever it is running. and will back to main screen.
i want earphones to this awang a9000 mobile. how can i get it n where can i get it? if possible, pl. send it through post.
