This new Jott application works on the series, BlackBerry 8100 (Pearl), 8300 (Curve), and 8800 smartphones and adds a "Reply with Jott" option to all email menus. With an on-screen prompt and a couple voice commands, Jott allows users to reply to emails with voice-dictated emails. Jott works over Bluetooth headsets as well.
Jott claims that voice-replies to emails are 3 to 5 times faster than tapping out the message with your thumbs - so you might be better off shooting out all those emails by voice rather than typing. It also opens up the possibility of replying to emails while driving or with a handful of, say, groceries.
