iPhone, iPod Connectivity for United Airlines. We already heard iPhone, iPod Connectivity for Singapore Airlines, and what's now? In a move to retain customers, United Airlines has announced a new service on their international flights that enable passengers to use and charge their iPods and iPhones.

Not only will passengers be able to use their Apple products of choice — cause they can already do that with any airline — but they will be able to connect their iPods/iPhones to the specially designed viewing station docks on the back of every seat, which will allow them to watch videos and listen to the music on a bigger screen. Sadly, this is for the first and business class only at this stage and on select flights only.
