RemoSync to Push Email offered by Verizon. Verizon Wireless has announced their RemoSync application to bring Microsoft Exchange server support for its customer to manage their e-mail, calendar and contacts in real-time on their phones – all for less than $10 monthly access.

RemoSync, developed by Remoba, is ideal for small and medium business and enterprise customers who need the tools to manage their business activities, without purchasing separate smartphones or PDAs. The Direct Push Technology allows customers to automatically view their e-mail when they launch the application on their phones.

Customers need either access to a Microsoft Exchange Server or need to be using Verizon Wireless’ Hosted Exchange solution to use RemoSync, but customers do not need to purchase a data plan in order to use the application. Customers without a V CAST VPak as part of their calling plan will be charged for airtime or $1.99 per megabyte when initially downloading or using RemoSync.
