iPhone Copy Paste in iPhone 2.1 SDK. We've already read about Copy Paste App for iPhone 3G, and here's good news for iPhone 3G users who're looking for that feature, Apple has released their newest iPhone OS revision, iPhone 2.1 OS, to iPhone developers.

An iPhone developer found references to cut/paste features in iPhone 2.1 SDK frameworks. Specifically, the references were found in the “Localizable.strings” file located in the “System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/WebKit.framework.”. It's unclear yet whether Apple intentionally built the framework to support the copy-and-paste functionality. Stay tuned.
