Velocity 103 WinMo Smartphone on FCC. We already saw that Velocity 103, 111 (First Velocity Mobile Smartphones) in CTIA 2008, Now one of the two devices announced has been spotted on FCC.

Velocity 103 smartphone comes with a VGA screen, Windows Mobile OS, WiFi, GPS, HSDPA, Bluetooth 2.0, TV-out, 256MB ROM/128MB RAM memory, and microSD memory slot. When it was initially announced Velocity mentioned Q2 2008. No word on release date yet. Stay tuned.
