Samsung L770 sports a tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and UMPS/HSDPA radios, QVGA screen, 2 megapixel camera with flash, VGA camera for video calls, FM radio, music player, Bluetooth, and a microSD memory slot. Samsung L770 is available in black, silver, gold and pink for 7990 Rubles or about $330.

I stay is South Africa and have the Samsung L770 BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE AN "LED flash". Maby the Russia release does but I find that quite unlikely.
