Firmware Updates for Nokia E71, E66. New firmware upgrades are now available for Nokia E71 and Nokia E66. Many bugs have been fixed, some of the pre-installed applicaitons updated, so the smartphones are now more stable. The new firmware update brings a number of performance improvements, including camera viewfinder orientation, Mail for Exchange synchronisation and browsing.

You can download the firmware upgrades for your Nokia E71 and E66 from the Nokia Software Updater or through Nokia PC Suite.

The new firmware for Nokia e66 and e71 released on January 13, 2009 wiped out some battery problems. It sounds strange but the battery life is improved on my e66 and it's very noticeable
