Visa Mobile Application for Android. Visa launches a new Mobile Application in the Android Market. It gives you real-time alerts to track your transactions. The Terms state that the app is for use on T-Mobile Android handsets only, so there is no telling what will happen when more handsets are released on additional carriers.
