Acer smartphone with swivelling QWERTY keypad spotted. An upcoming smartphone by Acer gets pictured. The mobile phone has a swivel keypad as evidenced by the photo. It has also a touch screen, we aren't sure if it ran Windows Mobile or Android but the Acer smartphone would reportedly be announced by Acer at MWC 2009.
