Nokia and Adobe have finally released Flash Lite 3.1 for Symbian S60 5th Edition. Owners of the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic can upgrade their Flash Lite player to version 3.1 from the “App update” utility. Flash Lite 3.1 includes H.264 standard video support, the same standard deployed in Blu-ray and HD-DVD high-definition video players and HD web videos. There is also Improved Web browsability. After installing Flash Lite 3.1, you'll see that Flash performance on web pages is way smoother.
Adobe Flash Lite 3.1 also includes Support for hardware acceleration (Flash Lite 3.1 supports OpenVG 1.1 to improve flash rendering performance on capable devices). And, New object-oriented extension mechanism (This mechanism provides easier and faster integration with device APIs).
