A new mobile phone by Samsung called Alias2 has been released for Verizon. What's interesting is the mobile phone has E-Ink technology. Samsung Alias2 features keypad buttons outfitted with mini E-Ink displays that allows the keypad to morph from traditional numeric keypad to QWERTY keyboard. Everytime you use Samsung Alias2 in landscape mode, the keypad will automatically reconfigure itself as a four-row QWERTY keyboard. And In portrait mode, if you open the dual-hinged flip vertically, the keypad reverts back to a numeric setup.
Samsung Alias2 also features a 2 megapixel camera, a 2.6-inch display, one-touch “magic” shortcut keys, Bluetooth (with A2DP), and microSD card slot. Samsung Alias2 is available from Verizon Wireless for $79.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new 2-year customer agreement.
