Samsung Jet S8000 announced with 800 MHz processor, 3.1-inch OLEDscreen, 5 megapixels camera

Samsung USA has announced a new Samsung Jet S8000. The device features 800 MHz processor, 3.1-inch OLED screen (800 x 480 pixels) with 16 million colors and WVGA resolution, 5 megapixels camera. Samsung touts it to be smarter than smartphone, with multitasking, Microsoft Exchange support. Samsung’s latest TouchWiz 2.0 user interface new features such as intuitive 3D media gate UI and motion-response UI, smart unlock, customizable widget screen.

The Dolfin Web browser lets users surf the net and access popular websites, especially social networking sites, with ease and speed. The handset also comes with a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack and microUSB port. Phone Arena has a prototype and has posted a preview, you can read more there.
