A new solar-powered cellphone has been spotted on FCC. ZTE has submitted the Coral 200FM to the FCC for approval. The device comes with the solar panel on the back.

My coral 200 solar is switches off by itself and I can't make outgoing calls. Incoming calls can be recieved during the switch off.
Tell me what the problem is so I can rectify. This is a new phone.
