HTC Qilin aka Dopod T8388 is first TD-SCDMA WM smartphone by HTC for China

HTC will bring new Windows Mobile 6.5-powered smartphone to China. Called HTC Qilin aka Dopod T8388, It's HTC’s first TD-SCDMA Windows Mobile smartphone for the country. The mobile phone will come with a 5 megapixel camera, a 3.6-inch WVGA (480×800 pixels) touchscreen, WiFi, GPS, mobile TV receiver, 512MB ROM coupled with 256MB RAM, and 600 MHz TI’s OMAP 3430 processor. HTC Qilin will apparently be launched by China Mobile, sometime in the fourth quarter of 2009.
