Chinese manufacturer ITG has launched the preorder availability for their new "xpPhone". Trumpeted by the company as the "world's first mobile phone that runs Windows XP OS, it comes with a 4.8" TFT Touch-screen 800*480 LCD display, VGA output to 1920x1200 resolution, AMD Super Mobile CPU, 512MB/1GB memory, EV-DO, TD-SCDMA, Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, HSPA support (AT&T, Orange, and Vodafone modules available), but we're not sure whether it would be available outside of China.
