Samsung Corby Pop for lower-end market

A new report says that Samsung is working on a cheaper version of the original Corby. Called Samsung Corby Pop, it will be cheaper than the S3650 and come with touchscreen (probably QVGA), 1.3 megapixel camera, FM radio, 22MB internal memory, and a 960 mAh battery for a talk time of up to 8 hours, and pre-installed apps for social networking and instant messaging.

Samsung will offer the Corby Pop in India first, priced at under 7,000 INR which is about $150.
