Fidelity Investments has announced it has developed an app that enables customers using an iPhone or iPod touch to place stock, option, ETF or mutual fund trades via a simplified and intuitive trade ticket enabled by Apple’s innovative Multi-Touch user interface.
With the new app, customers can also access their Fidelity account information and watch lists; stay updated on domestic and world markets via up-to-the-minute news; receive real-time quotes; and compare the performance of multiple stocks all on one screen with interactive charting capabilities.
Fidelity’s new mobile app is already available via a free download from the App Store on the iPhone and iPod touch.
