HTC Desire for Telstra in April

HTC has joined with Australia’s Telstra to unveil the Android-powered HTC Desire smartphone, which will be available exclusively in April on Telstra’s Next G network – Australia’s largest and fastest 3G network.

HTC Desire comes with Android 2.1 + Sense UI, a large 3.7-inch WVGA touchscreen, a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, HSPA connectivity, GPS, WiFi, and more.

HTC Desire launches in Australia in April. It will be available exclusively through Telstra. Pricing will be announced closer to launch.
