LG SU2300 and SU950/KU9500 Android smartphones in South Korea

LG has announced two new Android smartphones – LG SU2300 and LG-SU950/KU9500. Both smartphones comes with Android OS, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPUs, 3.5-inch AMOLED 800×480 touchscreen displays, 5MP cameras, Dolby mobile surround sound, terrestrial DMB, WiFi, and GPS.

LG SU2300 aka Aloha features a slide-out full QWERTY keyboard and built-in trackpad. It will boast Android 1.6, which will be upgraded to version 2.1 later in July-August.

From the press release, LG talks about “LG Air Sync” which should allow users to share contacts, calendar, mail, photos, music, and videos with a PC or web server wirelessly. There's also “Scan Search”‘ augmented reality app and other bundled Android apps pre-installed on both smartphones.

LG SU2300 and SU950/KU9500 Android smartphones will initially be available through KT and SK Telecom in Korea.
