You can download the new firmware OTA (over the air) by going to Options, Advanced Options, Wireless Update. As usual, it is suggested that you backup all your data before upgrading.
The update process will take you anywhere between 45 minutes to 2 hours. It is strongly recommended that you connect your phone to a power source using a charger and/or that the phone battery is adequately charged before starting the update.
