Sharp IS01 clamshell Android MID with 5-inch screen looks like a netbook

Is this a mini laptop or a netbook or a MID? Yeah, this large phone by Sharp looks interesting. Coming with a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, Android 1.6 OS, it has a 5-inch touchscreen with 960×480 resolution.

Sharp IS01 also comes with a full QWERTY keyboard, 5 megapixel camera plus front camera, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, Blu-ray recorder connectivity, One-Seg digital TV tuner, 4GB of internal memory, microSD/microSDHC slot, and a mini USB port.

As for the size, it measures 83×149×17.9mm and weighs 227 grams. Sharp IS01 will be available in blue or black via KDDI in Japan in June 2010.
