Augmented Driving iPhone app brings augmented reality to your car

A new iPhone app which enables augmented driving has been launched by imaGinyze on Apple's App Store. Dubbed the 'Augmented Driving', the iPhone app brings the technology of augmented reality with real-time object detection with up to 10 fps for your iPhone 3GS. Augmented Driving detects your lane and other vehicles in front of you and provides useful information for your driving situation. The system is designed to work in good lighting conditions during daytime for visible lane markings on highways and country roads and for detection of regular cars. For operation, a fix mount is required.
