ZTE Salute basic phone for Verizon

Verizon has added a new Chinese made low-end device to its portfolio - ZTE Salute. Lack of a full QWERTY keypad which has been popular nowadays, this phone seems to target entry-level user with its traditional 12-button keypad. Compared to high-end smartphones, It's just a basic phone for making calls, sending/receiving SMS. The ZTE Salute features a 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth, Verizon Navigator and access to Verizon’s social networking app - Social Beat.

ZTE Salute will cost $20 with a 2-year contract after a mail in rebate.
