Another new luxury phone has been announced by Mobiado, it's the Classic 712MG Mokume Gane, which is somehow related to the old Japanese tradition. Mokume Gane means “wood-grain metal” which is a technique of “bonding mixed-metal” invented in Japan in the 17th century and initially used for sword fittings.
The frame of the Mobiado's Classic 712MG Mokume Gane is made out of mix of nickel silver, copper and brass, which is “stacked and wrapped in steel foil”. Plus there are other “classic for Mobiado” materials like stainless steel, 18k / 24k gold, and sapphire crystal.
Mobiado Classic 712MG Mokume Gane also comes with 3G, 2.2-inch QVGA screen, 5 megapixel camera, GPS, media player and web browser. No word on price. More info is available from Mobiado's website via http://mobiado.com/712_Mokume_Gane.htm
