3UK: Samsung Galaxy Ace Gingerbread update

Three UK has released the Android 2.3 Gingerbread firmware update for Samsung Galaxy Ace. It's available as OTA update. Alternately, to check if your phone has the update, go to Settings > About Phone.

As you may already be aware, Galaxy Ace comes with Android 2.2 Froyo, a 3.5-inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen display, 800MHz CPU, 5MP auto-focus camera with LED flash, HSDPA, WiFi, memory card slot, and more.

As usual, it is suggested that you backup all your data before applying Samsung Galaxy Ace Gingerbread update.
