AT&T has announced that beginning Sept. 18, the Huawei Impulse 4G will be available for $29.99 with a two-year contract through AT&T stores, online at att.com and through select national retailers. AT&T Impulse 4G is good enough for those who are entry-level users who need a low-cost Android smartphone. AT&T Huawei Impulse 4G smartphone runs on Android 2.2 and comes with a 3.8-inch capacitive WVGA touchscreen display, 5MP Camera with auto-focus, flash, 720p HD video record, Wi-Fi with access to AT&T’s Hotspots, and also GPS Navigation.
