LG and Verizon Wireless have announced a new Android slider phone dubbed 'LG Enlighten'. The smartphone runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and boasts a 3.2-inch 320x480 touchscreen display, 800MHz CPU, a 3.2MP autofocus rear camera and camcorder, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 EDR, pre-installed 2GB microSD card, and of course a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
LG Enlighten for Verizon also features Adobe Flash 10, 3G Mobile Hotspot that allows users to share a data connection with up to 5 Wi-Fi-enabled devices, 7 customizable home screens with shortcuts to apps, favorites or widgets, and also customizable apps menu. You can also enjoy Google Mobile Services, including Gmail, YouTube, Google Search and Google Maps, as well as access to more than 250,000 apps available to download from Android Market.
Verizon LG Enlighten will be available online tomorrow for $79.99 after a $50 mail in rebate with a new two-year contract.
