Leviton 2 Go App Updates Provide Customization to Better Meet Customer Needs -- Customer feedback helped Leviton enhance their Leviton 2 Go mobile app to provide more customization and interaction for customers
Leviton has announced an updated version of the Leviton 2 Go mobile application (app), which initially launched earlier this year. The updated version of Leviton 2 Go was enhanced with customers in mind, incorporating their feedback to help enrich app usefulness with more customization and interaction. After registering the app, users can now customize their experience based on unique business interests through targeted updates, news and product information that is relevant to them and can be easily shared with colleagues, project managers, family members or friends. Additionally, by simply registering their app, users will be put into a monthly drawing for a $100 gift card offered by Leviton.
"Our customers are always our first priority, and we developed Leviton 2 Go to better help customers in all segments connect with Leviton wherever they are," said David Keller, Leviton's senior director of e-Business. "After carefully listening to customer feedback that was communicated through our sales teams since we launched the app in March, we developed these updates to better meet our customers' needs."
Users will still be able to discover and research the entire line of over 25,000 Leviton products and access all of Leviton's product information, how-to videos, product drawings and more directly from their mobile devices, but to better meet each customer's unique needs, the app's updates provide a more customized experience for each user. By registering with the app, users can sign up to receive specific information, such as product details, blog posts or news articles, related to their particular interests and needs.
Leviton 2 Go's updates also provide users with more opportunities to interact with the app, including the ability to "Star" and "Unstar" favorite products, and share product information, instruction sheets or news articles with other people, allowing for more collaboration on the job site or when shopping for new products to update a home or business. A "Contact Us" form will also now be available via the Leviton 2 Go app for users who are looking for more information or who would like to connect with a Leviton representative.
Leviton 2 Go, as well as Leviton's other mobile apps, including the Leviton Library app, The Leviton Title 24 app and Leviton's Captain Code NEC app, are available for any iOS device through the iTunes store and Android devices through Google Play.
