Elsevier Launches New App for Tablets: My Knovel ToGo -- My Knovel ToGo provides on- and offline access to trusted technical and engineering reference content
Elsevier, a world-leading provider of scientific, technical and medical information products and services, has announced the availability of the My Knovel ToGo tablet application for Android and iOS. My Knovel ToGo is a mobile reader that provides both on- and offline access to Knovel content that users select from their subscription entitlements. This supports users who, for example, need to catch up on projects in transit, reference best practices while at a project site or otherwise access critical content while away from the office or offline.
"The My Knovel ToGo tablet application helps engineers to get their jobs done with greater ease, flexibility and confidence, whether they're overseeing a project onsite or formulating plans with colleagues on the road," said Annie Hsu, Senior Product Manager, Elsevier. "Making content accessible and seamlessly part of an engineers' workflow - either at their desks or in the field - is a priority in our product development. My Knovel ToGo is a perfect example of how we continue to address the contemporary needs of the engineers - making the information they trust, and tools they need available wherever and whenever they need it."
