iVend Retail integrates mPOP from Star Micronics

Star Micronics is pleased to announce that iVend Retail, a recognised industry leader for cloud management and mobile retail, has incorporated mPOP™, a unique all-in-one mobile point of purchase solution, into its retail software to provide the ideal affordable mPOS solution for the small to medium sized retailer.

Combining a Bluetooth thermal printer with a cash drawer, mPOP offers the ultimate space saving mobile POS system for retail. Outstanding connectivity and compact design alongside intuitive functionality and simple integration define Star’s unique easily integrated solution.

The iVend Retail management suite is a leading omnichannel and mobile retail solution from Citixsys, which provides a powerful and fully integrated retail management system that allows retailers to engage with shoppers at a new level and deliver enhanced customer service.

Alternatively, mPOP with front feed receipting can easily be secured under the counter for enhanced space-saving. With intuitive top loading and easy front feed as well as a partial cut guillotine, the reliable 100mm/second printer automatically cuts the 58mm wide receipt.

mPOP has received Apple Inc.’s MFi (Made for iPhone, iPad, iPod) certification and works with all major operating systems including Apple iOS, Android and Windows to provide users with a versatile solution.
