Nano Dimension to Sell 3D Printers to the First Service Bureau to Print 3D Electronic Circuit Boards

ALA Software Solutions will Print Multi-Layer Circuit Boards

Nano Dimension, a leading printing electronics company in the area of 3D printing, has announced that Nano Dimension Technologies, a fully owned subsidiary of Nano Dimension, has sold 3D printers to ALA Software Solutions in the total amount of $175,000.

Under the agreement, Nano Dimension will sell printers to ALA, a software development service provider to the digital printing world that provides integration services between organizational and information systems. The printers will enable ALA Software's customers to print 3D prototypes of multi-layer electronic circuits. Nano Dimension is expected to supply the printers during the fourth quarter of 2016.

ALA's customer base includes leading companies in the fields of finance and communications in Israel. The company, which intends to expand its capabilities and client service offerings beyond digital printing to the printing of electronic circuits, has found Nano Dimension's 3D printer to be the ideal product to bring its expansion plans to fruition.

Amit Dror, CEO of Nano Dimension, commented, "We are excited about the demand for the company's printers even before the product has been officially commercially launched. The inquiries that the company has received indicates that there is a real need in the market. As we take orders for the 3D printer, we simultaneously continue to work with select customers to gather feedback on the product and prepare the printer for the market. We believe that ALA's ability to share the unique value proposition of the 3D printer with its customers will result in an ongoing business relationship due to ALA's expected need to use Nano Dimension's proprietary ink."

The news of this transaction comes just one month after Nano Dimension announced its first-ever sale – five printers to Vigilante Environmental Solutions.
