Hotfix for removing the 'Start Recording' feature on Touch Diamond2released by HTC

If you're a Touch Diamond2 user, you may already know that there is a Start Recording option on the Menu but during a voice call it can not be used. This function is not supported on the HTC Touch Diamond2.

HTC has already issued a hotfix for their latest Windows Mobile touchscreen slate. You can get the Hotfix for removing the 'Start Recording' feature on Touch Diamond2 from HTC. (You can also read the installation instructions there)

Dance Fabulous -the first cross-services game- launched by Nokia forN-Gage

Nokia has launched the first cross-services game, Dance Fabulous for N-Gage. The game by Nokia incorporates both a music and gaming experience and offers its players a new way to enjoy and listen to music. Through a collaboration between Nokia, Interscope Records and music legend Dave Stewart, Dance Fabulous also introduces a pioneering artist, Cindy Gomez, including a dancing Gomez avatar and her brand new songs.

Players of Dance Fabulous perform their own choreography and collect points by creating cool moves and dancing to the music. In addition to customizing their own avatars, players can mix and match between a variety of dance styles and dance sets and share their fabulous moves with friends and other players via the N-Gage Arena.

A new mobile phone has been launched by Alltel, it's LG Tritan. The side-slider phone comes with a 3 megapixel camera, 3-inch touchscreen display, GPS, EVDO, 3G, and a 2.5mm headphone jack. The device costs about $79.99 on contract after rebates.

Samsung Ultra S (S7350) in Pink spotted

Samsung Ultra S (S7350) has been spotted in pink color. The addition to Samsung’s Ultra line features a 5 megapixel camera, WQVGA screen, FM radio. There are also GPS, Bluetooth, and microSD memory card slot.

Solar-powered Samsung E1107 Guru announced

A new solar-powered cellphone has been launched by Samsung India, it's Guru E1107. About an hour of solar charging offers around five to ten minutes of talk time. The mobile phone come with 1.52? display, dual-band GSM, FM radio, MP3 ringtones, embedded games, and more.

Samsung E1107 Guru is available for Rs 2799 in India. There are also security features such as Mobile Tracker that automatically alerts whenever the SIM card is changed as well as sends an SOS message during emergency. Europe, Asia, and Latin America should be picking this one up shortly as well.

Motorola Rival announced for Verizon Wireless

Verizon Wireless and Motorola has introduced the Motorola Rival. The mobile phone comes with a 2 megapixel camera, GPS, QWERTY keyboard, Touch dial-pad, 3.5 mm headphone jack and stereo Bluetooth. VZ Navigator and Rhapsody music are also included.

The Motorola Rival is available beginning June 10, 2009, online at www.verizonwireless.com and in Verizon Wireless Communications Stores for $99.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new two-year customer agreement.
