LG Mystique messaging phone for U.S. Cellular

LG and U.S. Cellular have announced the LG Mystique aka Lotus Elite. The messaging phone comes with a 2.0 megapixel camera and camcorder complete with image editor, slide show function and self-portrait capabilities, full QWERTY keyboard, QVGA display, microSD slot supporting up to 16GB of memory and micro USB charging port, and an external touch screen.

LG Mystique will be available at U.S. Cellular retail locations on April 23, 2010, or via www.uscellular.com for $79.95 after $50.00 mail in rebate with a 2-year contract.

Citizen i:Virt M is SMS-receiving wristwatch

Citizen in Japan has announced a new wrist watch that can receive cell phone text messages. Called the i:Virt M, it uses Bluetooth to synchronise with cell phones to alert you of incoming calls, new SMS. Citizen i:Virt M can glow and vibrate when you receive text messages. The Japanese watchmaker Citizen sells the i:VIRT M watch with a price tag of 30,000 Yen in Japan.
