TeleNav has announced that the latest version of TeleNav GPS Navigator, version 6.2. is available for download in the Android Marketplace for AT&T customers (as AT&T Navigator 2.2) using the Samsung Captivate, HTC Aria, Sony Ericsson Xperia 10, or Motorola BackFlip devices. Samsung Star II S5260 announced

Samsung has announced the Samsung Star II (S5260) - the successor to the 30-million selling Samsung Star (S5230) phone. Samsung Star 2 will be available from February in Germany followed by other European countries, CIS, South America, India and Middle East.

Samsung S5260 aka Star II comes with 3-inch WQVGA display, built-in 3.2 megapixel camera, Samsung's TouchWiz 3.0 UI, WiFi connectivity. Supporting Samsung's SocialHub, the Samsung Star II enables contact integration between your phone and your social networks, allowing you to interact across social media platforms from your phone. The Social Hub also enables users to choose the way they interact with friends and family, with access available to all of their social media accounts within the same interface. Nokia C6-01 coming to Bell this March?

A new report says that the Nokia C6-01 is coming to Bell's lineup in Q1 2011. As you may already know, the mobile phone runs on Symbian^3 OS, and boasts 3.2-inch (360×480) AMOLED touchscreen, 8MP camera with dual LED flash and 720p HD video, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP, 3.5mm headphone jack, and microSD expansion to 32GB, 2GB included.

Disney unveils Android phone in Japan

Disney Mobile has unveiled an Android phone in Japan. The phone is apparently a rebranding or slight redesign of the Sharp Galapagos 003SH Android smartphone which boast glasses-free 3D screens, we already saw before. If it's correct, the Disney Android phone will feature Android 2.2 Froyo, 3.8-inch WVGA no-glasses-required 3D display, 1GHz processor, a 9.6MP camera and Japan-friendlly features such as 1Seg over-the-air TV tuning and FeliCa for wireless payments.

Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 and Galaxy Suit S5670 photos spotted

Two new smartphones by Samsung have been spotted online, they are Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 and Galaxy Suit S5670.

Samsung S5830 is a mid-range Android phone with a HVGA (320×480 pixels) touchscreen displaay, 5MP camera, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0.

While the Galaxy Suit S5670 seems to be another mid to low-end device.

According to unofficial reports, both phones could be launched during the MWC in Barcelona.

Skype completes the acquisition of Qik

Skype has confirmed via its blog that they’ve completed the acquisition of Qik. The transfer of shares and funds between the shareholders of Qik and Skype was completed and Qik is now under the ownership of Skype.
